Refund Policy

Eligibility
You may request a refund if a product is not as described, does not work, or was not delivered, within the window stated on the product page (24 hours by default).
Non-refundable cases
Items that were delivered as described and used, or products revoked due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, are not refundable.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid manually in the original cryptocurrency and network to a wallet address you provide. Network fees may be deducted. We record the refund transaction hash on your order.
Overpayments
If you send more than the invoice amount, contact support and we will refund the difference or apply it as store credit.
